About Us

Headquartered in the Bay Area, Palisade Financial was founded by longtime financial industry veteran David Carroll. Working as an equity trader for many years, David has a firm understanding of how the capital markets work and how best to align personal goals with financial ones.

David firmly believes that saving well is just as important as investing well, which is why Palisade stresses the importance of budgets along with many cost saving techniques. 

David is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and lives in Orinda California with his wife and son.
